3. How much are the shipping costs?Shipping costs vary according to the number and the volume of parcels and the destination of the goods. However Parolin Racing Kart has agreed facilitated rates for all the national territory that will be indicated at the bottom of the order.

5. How will take place the delivery and what happen in case of absence of the receiver?National couriers deliver at the civic number and not to the floors. They are not obliged to call and fix an appointment except in ecceptional cases or if specifically required to the branch.
The delivery hours of the courier depend on the planned distribution or they are at the driver discretion.
In case nobody is present for the reception of the goods the courier must leave a notice of passage with a telephone number to contact in order to fix a new delivery.

It should be indicated the item code, the description, the quantity and eventually any extra information as size, colour, delivery address and a telephone number.

13. Is it possible to ship abroad?PAROLIN RACING KART S.r.l. Socio Unico ships all around the world by choosing a conventioned forwarder or an express courier agreed together with the customer.
14. How can I order from outside Italy?It is possibile to make the order directly on-line also for the Extra-Cee shipments. In this case the transport fees will be communicated at the reception of the order.
It is necessary to send an e-mail through the Contact Form and specify the delivery address (name and complete address, Country, City) and the material that you want to buy.
After this you will receive a quotation to the e-mail address you communicated.
To confirm the quotation just reply to the e-mail and then send a copy of the bank transfer. At the reception of the payment Parolin Racing Kart will immediately proceed with the shipment of the goods to the communicated delivery address.
